The menu changes with the seasons, but on my visit, standouts included a silky tarama, tender octopus served with creamy fava, delicately marinated zucchini, and a lamb dish so soft it practically melted apart with the touch of a fork. The cooking strikes a balance between refinement and comfort, never losing sight of the flavours and traditions that make Sifnian food so compelling.
